Game Goulash

Potato dumpling, Hazelnut butter & young broccoli

… do you know that feeling when you try something and are instantly, positively surprised? That is exactly how I felt when I first tasted Ralf’s game goulash. The game comes from the Berlin region, from the forests and meadows of Brandenburg. It is slowly cooked with care and dedication, using tender, wonderful meat from stag and venison. We refine it with cranberries and spices for a sweet yet bold interplay of aromas. It is served with a rich potato dumpling, intense hazelnut butter, and broccoli. What else is missing? A glass of red wine and the crackling of a fireplace in your ear … or the view of Brandenburg’s forests and meadows from SPHERE.

...And it all began with granny gerda

Tim’s culinary story begins with Grandma Gerda. He says himself: “My greatest wish would be to be able to cook for her and my grandfather here on the TV tower”. Watch the video to find out what special story connects the two of them.
