Planted schnitzel

Spiced butter, lettuce, parsley dressing, sweet potato puree, lecho

… everyone actually likes schnitzel, right? That’s what we thought, and since we’re Berliners, we wanted to create our own. We coat our Planted Schnitzel made from pea shoots in breadcrumbs from our sourdough bread before frying it in vegan clarified butter. Topped with an intense vegan spiced butter, as thin as a postage stamp! A fresh, spicy, sweet and sour lecho and smooth sweet potato puree are served on the side.
