Most of you will probably have noticed. Our restaurant Sphere has been closed since the beginning of November. The reason for this is an extensive renovation including a completely new kitchen. For the first time since the opening of the Berlin TV Tower in 1969, we will reopen in April 2025 as “Sphere by Tim Raue” under the culinary concept of Tim Raue with a “Berlin-Brandenburg 2.0” cuisine. You can expect traditional, regional products – just interpreted in a modern way á la Tim Raue. These include classics such as Soljanka, Tim Königsberger Klopse and cheesecake. We will also be offering a great vegan menu.

The construction work in the revolving restaurant is progressing rapidly. Everything has been cleared out, the tables and table lamps have been removed, the starry sky on the ceiling has been removed, the kitchen has almost been gutted and progress is proceeding as planned.
