… Oh yes, solyanka makes you reminisce about the GDR. Every family had its own recipe and it was a quick dish that almost everyone enjoyed. We cook an intense sour-salty broth with fruity tomato flavors, take the best sausage, cut into fine julienne, and add a generous dollop of sour cream and tangy dill oil. A reminiscence of the past of the television tower in the eastern part of Berlin.
