… the first dish that changed my life! I had it once a year between Christmas and New Year’s Eve at KaDeWe in the legendary food department on the 6th floor. A delightful interplay of the saltiness of the sea from the prawns, the creamy, spicy mayonnaise, the freshness and fruitiness of apple, melon and mandarin with tangy salad and earthy mushrooms. For me, this was a divine flavor & texture experience! Here is my homage to KaDeWe.
