Berlin pork schnitzel

Spiced butter, lettuce, parsley dressing, sweet potato puree, lecho

… everyone actually likes schnitzel, right? That’s what we thought and since we are Berliners, we wanted to create our own. We like pork, so we take a juicy leg, coat it in breadcrumbs from our sourdough bread and bake it in clarified butter. We top it with an intense spiced butter, as thin as a postage stamp! A fresh, spicy, sweet and sour lecho and soft sweet potato puree are served on the side.
