Pickled salmon

Cucumber salad, horseradish sour cream and rye bread crisp

… a great classic from times gone by! We pickle the salmon very mildly with salt, cane sugar & white pepper and slice it “sashimi style”. The wafer-thin cucumbers are marinated with rice vinegar, making them crunchy and sweet and sour. Green horseradish & sour cream create a creamy, spicy sauce, while the rye bread adds crunch.
