Yes, tickets are time slot-bound. Access is only possible during the booked time slot. The ticket has a grace period of 15 minutes.

How can I make a group booking?
Restaurant Sphere Tim Raue: For booking requests with more than 8 persons please use the contact form. Observation deck: For booking inquiries for more than 19 people, please use the group request form.

Yes, every ticket can be rebooked online at https://tv-turm.de/en/manage-booking/ up to 10 minutes before the admission time at the latest.
Are children allowed to visit the TV tower?
Yes, but children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
Do I need an extra ticket for the Sphere Bar?
No, the Sphere Bar is located on the observation deck and is accessible to all guests with a ticket.
