Your safety is of the utmost importance to us – we therefore ask you to observe the following:
The Berlin TV Tower team and guests have a shared responsibility to ensure the safety of all visitors.
Our attentive security staff will look after your safety during your visit – beginning with the bag checks in the entrance area. You can help us by avoiding bringing objects which could endanger people’s safety, in particular bottles, cans or other liquid containers. Otherwise, we are required to dispose of these for safety reasons. Requests for property to be returned or for compensation will not be granted under any circumstances.
These objects include:
- Food and drink
- Scooters, bicycles, skateboards, prams, suitcases, trolleys, etc.
- Weapons and dangerous items such as fireworks etc.
- Animals
Visually impaired people may of course take their guide dogs with them into the TV Tower.
Please note that due to its structure, the TV Tower is unfortunately not accessible for those with limited mobility. You can find further information to this here.
Children under 14 may only enter the Tower accompanied by an adult.
A strict ban on smoking is of course in place throughout the entire premises of the Berlin TV Tower.
Finally, please retain your ticket, which you also require to leave the TV Tower, for the duration of your visit.
For the precise legally binding safety provisions, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions.
Restaurant guests are kindly requested to leave their coats at the cloakroom (free of charge) in the foyer of the Tower.
