According to § 312 g Section 2 No. 9 of the Civil Code, the right of cancellation, to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract for the provision providing for a specifi c date or time period. The sale of tickets for the ascent to the TV tower at a fi xed date therefore corresponds to no withdrawal. Each order of admission is binding and obligated to pay the ordered tickets.

You are entitled to withdraw from this agreement within fourteen days without requiring justification.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the agreement for service agreements or, in case of a contract of sale, from the date on which you or a third party, appointed by you, which is not the carrier, have/has taken the goods in possession.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw from this agreement (e.g. in the form of a letter sent by post, by fax or by email) to the following address:

You may use the withdrawal form attached. However, this is not mandatory.
In order to observe the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to give notice that you intend to exercise your right of withdrawal prior to the withdrawal deadline.
CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will return all the payments we received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your selection of a type of delivery other than the standard, most cost-effective delivery selected by us), immediately and within a maximum of fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of withdrawal from the agreement from you. For this repayment, we use the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold the repayment until we have received the goods from you or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods promptly and, in any event, no later than within fourteen days of the date on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this agreement. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You must only pay for any potential loss in the value of the goods if this can be attributed to inappropriate handling of the goods during inspection of their properties, features and functionality.
In the event that you request that services commence during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount which corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided based on the total estimated value of the services in the agreement prior to the date by which you notified us of the withdrawal from this agreement.
