DISPATCH COSTS

The dispatch costs depend on the product:

Online tickets: There are no dispatch costs when an online ticket is purchased.
Vouchers are sent out on working days and incur a flat-rate fee of €4.50 incl. VAT. per order to cover processing and dispatch costs. The delivery time is 2-4 days.
